About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Logistics Specialist to manage our online sales platforms and oversee the logistics of national and international orders, including export procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, and international logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management
Manage and update e-commerce platforms (product listings, pricing, promotions).
Monitor online sales performance and optimize product visibility.
Handle order processing, tracking, and customer service for online sales.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to improve performance.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Coordinate with local and international shipping companies for smooth deliveries.
Manage inventory, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
Oversee export procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Optimize shipping costs and delivery times for both domestic and international markets.
Export & International Operations
Handle customs documentation and export processes.
Ensure all shipments meet international trade regulations.
Work with international partners to expand the company’s market reach.
Negotiate logistics contracts and agreements with service providers.
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce & logistics (minimum 2-3 years).
Knowledge of export procedures and international shipping.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Ability to manage multiple platforms (Amazon, Alibaba, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
