Duties & Responsibilities:

Proactively looking at stock risk for order in the system beyond the confirmation horizon (2-3 days) to check if there are alternatives to prevent the stock out risk by discussing with the primary responsible planner. Work with planning to mitigate stock out situations for longer term by discussing with response planner.

• Maintain Consistent Stock of Inventory, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limit as inventory target.
• Establish and maintain backup source for high-demand items.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately in line with inventory levels at hand as well as the forecast of products
• Ensure that Correct Shipping instructions and invoice are generated that all orders are shipped , Invoiced and received on time.
• Ensure the Liquidation plan for near expiry and below Shelf life materials and Communicate to demand Planning (Waste Management)
• Work with planning to mitigate stock out situations for longer term by discussing with response planner.
• Provide Visibility to logistics team on Required trucks/Container, plant transport mitigations.
• Share priority Shipments and Supply Requirements with response and Execution planner to accommodate business needs and IMS opportunities.
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with vendors.
• Maintain accurate daily records of goods received and Shipments made.
• Monitor Inventory Levels.
• Manage inventory projections and recommendations.
• Responding to Client Queries and Requests.
• Manage systematic approach to record, evaluate and report issues, Opportunities concern brought forward by customers.
• Knowledge in Scheduling, Capacity planning, DRP and DSR.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business , Supply chain or Economics.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a multinational company.
• Strong computer skills regarding specialized business applications Microsoft Office Applications
• Fluency in English & Arabic.
• Experience of working in a multicultural teams and environment.
• Team Player: ability to support and lead to achieve common goals.
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
• Problem solving: Proactive and resourceful in solving problems, offering innovative and practical solutions in dynamic environment.
