Distribution Planner

We’re Looking for Distribution Planner specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
. Review the maintenance plan daily with the campaign manager to determine the number of vehicles allowed to be used.
And operating notes by the campaign manager.
. Prepare shipments on SAP and complete them by 3:30 PM at the latest, taking into account the following:
. Geographical proportion of customer supply orders planned to be shipped in one vehicle.
. Taking into account each client’s terms and policy of receipt when preparing the plan.
. Taking into account the delivery dates for each client when preparing the plan.
. Optimum utilization of the vehicle load.

The customer’s area in terms of (street width, traffic restrictions, etc.).
. The minimum charge volume shall not be less than 80% of the vehicle trunk capacity.
Determine which charges are charged in the first and second cycles.
Matching the conditions and timings of all customers receiving items in a single shipment to ensure delivery.
Total to all customers on the required date without delay. Postpone sales orders less than a carload and contact sales support to complete the line.
Preparing a comprehensive report of the shipments required to be delivered the next day and sending it to the warehouse manager,
Print the shipment planning documents attached No. 1 for all planned shipments and submit it to the supervisor.
Stores to start preparing according to store policy in preparation.
. Receive the distribution plan from the distribution planner by 2:30 pm at the latest.
. Determine the loading destination (warehouse) from which each shipment will be loaded and the number of cars that can be loaded.
Qualification, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineer Master’s degree
