📢 We’re Hiring | Distribution & Inventory Manager
📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Vehicle Movement & Distribution
Plan and manage vehicle movement between branches, suppliers, and warehouses.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles per sales and operational schedules.
Optimize transportation routes to minimize cost and time.
Monitor and control drivers’ schedules, performance, and trip records.
2️⃣ Inventory & Stock Control
Maintain accurate records of vehicle and spare parts stock across all locations.
Implement tracking systems for vehicle status (in stock, in transit, delivered, under preparation).
Investigate discrepancies and ensure prompt corrective actions.
3️⃣ Team Management & Reporting
Supervise warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and drivers.
Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
Prepare regular reports on stock levels, movement activities, and operational KPIs.
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in warehouse & distribution management (preferably automotive).
Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of inventory control systems & ERP software.
Strong understanding of vehicle logistics & fleet management.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
