Beko Global is Hiring Direct Purchasing – Project Assistant (Project Based Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting purchasing responsible for Direct Material and process purchasing
  • Coordinating local purchasing activities under supervision of Purchasing Responsible
  • Assisting efforts to develop and implement programs to drive savings, supply base optimization.
  • Searching for local suppliers for the defined categories.
  • Executing supplier reviews and checking supplier qualifications.
  • Following RFQ process and reporting.
  • Monitoring purchase-to-pay process ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 6 month – 1 Year Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Willing to pursue a career in purchasing,
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to communicate with internal/external customers successfully
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Experience in international environment will be an asset
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration.
  • Effective planning & organizational skills
