Beko Global is Hiring Direct Purchasing – Project Assistant (Project Based Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting purchasing responsible for Direct Material and process purchasing
- Coordinating local purchasing activities under supervision of Purchasing Responsible
- Assisting efforts to develop and implement programs to drive savings, supply base optimization.
- Searching for local suppliers for the defined categories.
- Executing supplier reviews and checking supplier qualifications.
- Following RFQ process and reporting.
- Monitoring purchase-to-pay process ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 6 month – 1 Year Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Willing to pursue a career in purchasing,
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate with internal/external customers successfully
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Experience in international environment will be an asset
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration.
