As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Gather and Negotiate quotations from all various suppliers issuing RFQS, Tenders, and revers auctions.
  • Issue purchase orders to the appropriate suppliers.
  • Search for new suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier’s performance as planned periodically.
  • Prepare the budget for the purchasing process annually
  • Supports bottlers in the development and implementation of short/medium / long-term productivity initiatives to mitigate commodity inflations and currency devaluation to be able to deliver their P&L
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required avoiding disruption to production.
  • Evaluate Capacity constraints on short-term and long-term.
  • Ensure availability of new components for launches with suppliers.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers (KPIs follow-up, agreement on service level)

To be successful in the role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder from any related discipline.
  • Previous experience from 2 Yrs: 4 Yrs in Procurement.
  • FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Pharmaceutical background is a must.
  • SAP user will be a great added value.
  • Excellent communication & time management skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
