Skills:

• Engineering background is a must
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• 4+ years in Demand Planning background
• FMCG Background is a Must
• Fluent English
• Communication skills

Main responsibilities:

• Reviews historical sales trends, Baseline Forecast and research demand drivers, prepare forecast data with sales heads and evaluate forecasting results
• Forecasting local and imported finished products for the upcoming 12 months per customer
• Leading the monthly S&OP process, collaborating closely with all business functions and ensuring their integration
• Organizing & leading a monthly meeting with the sales, marketing, & supply planning teams
• Participate in the sales review meeting to discuss upcoming period forecast per customer per SKU
• Identifying all potential sales volume risks & opportunities and providing the impact of these changes on net sales
