Skills:
- Preferably Logistics or Engineering
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- 4+ years in Demand Planning background
- FMCG Background is a Must
- Fluent English
- Communication skills
Main responsibilities:
- Reviews historical sales trends, Baseline Forecast and research demand drivers, prepare forecast data with sales heads and evaluate forecasting results
- Forecasting local and imported finished products for the upcoming 12 months per customer
- Leading the monthly S&OP process, collaborating closely with all business functions and ensuring their integration
- Organizing & leading a monthly meeting with the sales, marketing, & supply planning teams
- Participate in the sales review meeting to discuss upcoming period forecast per customer per SKU
- Identifying all potential sales volume risks & opportunities and providing the impact of these changes on net sales
