Location: Nasr city, Cairo
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual and monthly sales plans for online channels (E-Commerce, Marketplaces, Social Commerce).
- Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and seasonal trends to ensure product availability and minimize overstock or shortages.
- Track digital marketing campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with Purchasing & Supply Chain teams to plan stock replenishment.
- Prepare analytical business reports and dashboards, including KPIs (Sales, CAC, AOV, ROI).
- Monitor market competition, pricing strategies, and product trends to support decision-making.
- Plan and forecast seasonal events (Ramadan, Eid, White Friday, New Year, etc.).
- Support product launch planning and evaluate product performance.
- Collaborate across internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales) to ensure execution of plans.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Planning (E-commerce – Online)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
