Customer service representative “0experience”

“Customer service representative” is required for an international governments and diplomatic services company

· Locations: Giza (Dokki & Lebanon Square) branches

#Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
· Handle customer/applicant queries personally
· Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing
· Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy
· Record & maintain all application data, ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors
· Ensure all administration and logistics for passport delivery to consulate /applicant /logistic company
· Inform the applicants about the available Value-added services an ensure delivery of value added service options to applicants

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
· Good Command of English in both written and spoken
· Experience or training in Customer Service is aplus.
