“Customer service – face to face ” is required for a governments and diplomatic missions worldwide Company for a 6 months renewed Contract.

•Gross Salary: 5800
*Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Locations:
· Suez
. Port said
. Alexandria
. Suhag
. Cairo (New Cairo-5th settlement)

•Vacation: 2 days Rotational.
•Rotation Shift: Morning shift 08:30 am till 05:30 PM – Night Shift 02:00 PM till 9:00 PM


Main Job Duties:
• Handle customer/applicant queries personally
• Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing
• Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy
• Record & maintain all application data, ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors
• Ensure all administration and logistics for passport delivery to consulate /applicant /logistic company
• inform the applicants about the available Value-added services an ensure delivery of value added service options to applicants

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
• Customer Service is Experience or Training is Preferred
• High customer service orientation.
• Very good Command of English in both written and spoken.
