- Create a competitive logistic offer providing opportunity to increase sales and market share and increase customer satisfaction through
- An outstanding lead time offer
- Customer capabilities, added value services
- Differentiated offer per channel, VIP customers
taking into account:
- the expectations from the segments of customers (customer visits, OES , NSS)
- the strategy of the BUs
- the MEA commercial logistic offer policy
- Understand and share with countries the logistic offer environment in the territory: Customers segment’s needs, markets values, competitors offers, local Schneider strategy & position on the market
- Manage and negotiate with Sales & Marketing the logistic offer to the distributed markets in order to create value for the Customer and develop Schneider differentiation.
- Drive, with Sales, collaborative initiatives with the main distributors to significantly increase growth and profitability by improving the supply chain efficiency
- Manages the Customer Satisfaction & quality function within one site
- Develops quality action plans, allocates resources
- VOC, Quality Excellence, Quality System, Management & networking
- Customer Delivery Experience/Commercial Logistic Offer/Customer Process Capabilities lead.
Qualifications
About You
Education: BSc in Engineering
Language requirements:
- Fluent in English
- French language will be valuable
Experience:
Skills Requirements
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience.
- Six Sigma Green belt.
- Lean expert.
- QMS expert full awareness.
- Customer centricity attitude.
- Project management awareness .
- Microsoft office
- Strong Communication skills.
