Job Description
– Negotiate with hotels regarding rates, special offers, seasons, allocations, release periods, terms & conditions, and cancellation policies.
– Conduct hotel site inspections and prepare detailed assessment reports.
– Analyze market trends and tailor product offerings to meet different market demands.
– Monitor contract performance, address issues, and support sales teams in achieving targets.
– Compare and analyze hotel rates across different markets to maintain competitiveness.
– Accurately update and maintain contracts in back-office systems and online platforms.
– Ensure all uploaded rates are correct and up-to-date.
– Regularly monitor last-minute bookings, cancellations, and amendments in the system.
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of operations.
– Assist in resolving any contract-related issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
– Maintain constant communication with hotels and travel partners to achieve business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
– 2-3 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry, preferably in contracting and negotiation.
– Hands-on experience in contract data entry and system management.
– Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Strong customer service orientation.
– Flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks.
