The Cargo Airline Operations Agent perform the following duties (not exhaustive):

• Documentary Acceptances.
• Shipment Data Capture.
• Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown.
• Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs).
• Preparation NOTOC.
• Close out flight.
• Handling of irregularities.
• Customer contact (Notify customer).
• Hand over AWB and Docs to customer.
• Assists and provides feedback to the Cargo Supervisor.
• Supports, co-operates, and communicates with all colleagues.
• Participates in staff briefings.
• Implementation of new LCAG handling processes at GHA level.
• Supports the Security general training needs.
• Monitors the performance of subcontractors to ensure required performance levels and requests required corrective action.
• Takeover of additional tasks when is required.
  

You must fulfill the following requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree desirable.
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse handling favored or airline/logistic background (e.g. study).
• Arab, French and English language required.
• MS Office as user.
• Strong problem solving.
• Strong ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent commitment.
• Excellent teamwork.
• Shift work / overtime.
• Constant time pressure.
• High stress levels.
• Airlines, Freight forwarding and logistics knowledge.
• Computer literate and MS Office as user.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent safety and security.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Outdoor weather conditions.
• Noise pollution.
• CV/Resume required.
• Must possess a legal work permit in Egypt.
