About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking the stock sufficiency of the Products per SKU at each of The Company’s Customers.
  • Tracking the fair distribution of stocks for the Products in all branches of The Company’s Customers.
  • Assist in the processing, execution and verification of all orders placed to the assigned The Company’s Customer by their customers, including pharmacies and wholesalers.
  • Encode data of stocks into the central mainframe (or any other applicable system) and track the right sales process of first in first out strategy to minimize any Product damage due to expiry dates as well as follow any relevant inventory guidelines as may be directed by The Company.
  • Ensure that The Company’s promotion plans, and commercial campaigns, launches and activities are executed by the relevant Company’s Customer at the designated Pharmacies in line with The Company’s instructions and the relevant communicated plans and timelines. In case any deviations are identified, the Services Provider must notify The Company immediately in writing.
  • Ensure that the Products delivered to The Company’s Customers accurately match the relevant communicated documents by checking the delivered orders, and in case any discrepancies are identified, the Service Provider will notify The Company immediately in writing.
  • Maintain accurate recording and reporting of the inventory stocks at The Company’s Customers to avoid any out of stocks.
  • Work with The Company’s Customers to solve any problems and address any issues related to the supply chain for the purpose of avoiding any channel blocks. In all events, the Service Provider must notify The Company immediately in writing if any issues take place.
  • Attend at least one physical meeting per week with The Company to ensure timely alignment on all aspects of the Services.
  • Ensuring weekly data reporting, validation, and analysis of in market sales and stocks data from The Company’s Customers.
  • Maintain and develop positive business relationships with The Company’s Customers.
  • Arrange quarterly joint business planning meeting and continuously assess The Company’s Customer’s performance in accordance with the key performance indicators instructed by The Company on case-by-case basis.

Qualifications & Background:

· Has a BCs. in Pharmaceutical science, Veterinary, or Business Administration.

· 1 – 2 years’ experience in dealing with distribution channels in Egyptian Market. Pharma market is a plus.

· Be Involved in designing commercial offers and deals within the Egyptian Pharma Market.

· Has a good knowledge in trade terms and definitions.

· Has an excellent Microsoft office skill [excel, word, and PowerPoint]

· Has a good command in English [speaking and writing]
