Assistant Purchasing Manager.
Duties and responsibilities:👇
1-Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
2-Research potential vendors
3-Track orders and ensure timely delivery
4-Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
5-Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
Prepare cost analyses
6-Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
7-Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Proficiency in use:👇
1-Microsoft Office / Word / Excel / Power Point .
2-good command of English
Experience:
One year Minimum of experience
