Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Sea and Air Freight) – Alexandria
On Behalf of Our Client: A leading and major company in the field of Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services in Alexandria.
Job Summary:
Lotus Group Consulting Office is announcing the search for a distinguished candidate to fill the position of Area Sales Manager for its client in Alexandria. The successful candidate will lead sales efforts and business development in the sea and air freight sectors and will be responsible for achieving the company’s strategic objectives in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve defined growth targets in both sea and air freight sectors.
Expand the client base and build strong strategic relationships with partners and potential customers in the area.
Negotiate, prepare proposals, and offer integrated logistics solutions tailored to meet client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitors, and provide accurate reports to the management.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the highest levels of service and client satisfaction.
Probation Period: Three months.
Job Requirements (Skills and Experience):
Educational Qualification: University degree (suitable higher qualification), preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or Logistics.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Freight Forwarding Sales, specifically in sea and air freight.
Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with international shipping procedures, customs clearance, and logistics operations.
Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation, persuasion, and effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Location: Residence in and readiness to work in Alexandria.
