Key Responsibilities:
1. Review the promotions orders sent to stores from purchasing and uploading to the system to Assist purchases through supply orders for upcoming promotions

2. Increasing the proportion of supply that is less than 50% with the supplier and procurement

3. Determine the days the supplier can provide the products

4. Add seasonal items and their date to the system to avoid ordering them wrong

5. Collates and analyzes data using per-determined tools, methods, and formats. Establish accurate sales forecasts by utilizing relevant statistical tools and using market and sales information including planned sales orders, promotional activity, seasonality, brand changes, etc

6. Supports and enables others to use and benefit from existing data management systems by defining and maintaining parameters to generate accurate reports

7. Performs analysis that contributes to the understanding of the needs and expectations of different customer segments and makes recommendations with a potential impact on the CX strategy

8. Verify the daily orders of the storers to review them in case of modification

9. Follow up on supplier problems and solve them

10. Manual Transfer orders from warehouse to stores according to the sales forecast

11. Follow – up with the warehouse to make sure the transfer orders completion and with commercial, operation and supplier to order for any market activity (any Rented spaces)
Create and send the following reports (40% below expected sales, Reasons for item zero stock in promotion, negatives stocks)

Requirements :

* bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar role.
* Retail industry experience is a must.
* University Degree

* Experience in MS dynamics 365 is plus.
