Middle Mile Coordinator | Warehouse-Based
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Middle Mile Coordinator to join our growing e-commerce operations team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Middle Mile warehouse operations and shipment flow.
• Monitor receiving, sorting, scanning, storage, and dispatching.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform stock checks/reconciliation.
• Investigate missing, damaged, or mismatched shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• E-commerce or fulfillment center experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, warehouse-based environment.
