We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage and optimize our multi-channel online sales operations for our pharmaceutical and cosmetic portfolios. Based full-time at our Cairo office, the ideal candidate will oversee our direct-to-consumer store alongside major regional marketplaces and quick-commerce channels, ensuring strict compliance, flawless catalog accuracy, and aggressive revenue growth.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Channel Management: Oversee day-to-day backend operations, promotions, and store health and quick-commerce delivery platforms.
- D2C Store Optimization: Maintain and scale our brand’s online store built on Shopify, optimizing specialized product listings, skin/healthcare landing pages, and the checkout funnel.
- Catalog & Compliance: Ensure all product listings, ingredients, medical disclaimers, usage directions, and expiration details comply with local regulations and platform-specific healthcare policies.
- Inventory & Expiry Control: Coordinate stock levels across various fulfillment models, including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Noon (FBN), maintaining strict monitoring over batch codes and cosmetic/pharma expiration dates.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales, operational KPIs, platform health metrics, and buy-box ownership to maximize conversion rates.
💼 Requirements & Qualifications
- Location: full-time Work on-site at our Cairo – Nasr city location.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong preference for candidates coming from the FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record managing backend seller panels for Noon, Amazon, Talabat, and Shopify is strictly required.
- Niche Knowledge: Understanding of temperature-sensitive logistics, batch management, and consumer habits surrounding personal care, skincare, or wellness products.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and data analytics to track performance, manage pricing strategies, and forecast inventory requirements.
