Role Description The Export Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan city, responsible for managing and executing day-to-day export activities. This role includes preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating shipping schedules, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. The Export Coordinator will communicate regularly with internal teams, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers to track shipments and resolve any logistics issues. They will support customer service needs related to export orders, maintain accurate records, and monitor ocean and other export transport arrangements to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in export operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export procedures, including familiarity with international trade terms and regulations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Ocean freight operations, including booking, tracking, and coordinating shipments with carriers and logistics providers.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in export coordination, logistics, or international trade is preferred, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or logistics management systems, along with good command of English, is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Nasr City and adhere to company quality, safety, and compliance standards.
