We are seeking a Senior Export Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize the end-to-end export logistics process for our manufacturing products. This role will ensure shipments are delivered on time, documentation is accurate, customs requirements are met, and logistics costs are controlled—while maintaining strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

*Own the end-to-end export logistics workflow (planning, booking, execution, tracking, and delivery).
*Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking providers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment flow.
*Manage export documentation, including (as applicable): invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, insurance certificates, and any other shipment-specific documents.
*Ensure compliance with Egyptian export regulations and relevant trade requirements for destination markets.
*Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues related to delays, holds, claims, and documentation errors.
*Optimize shipping lanes/modes (sea/land/air) to balance cost, service level, and risk.
*Support forecasting and planning by providing accurate export shipping plans and lead times.
*Track and analyze logistics KPIs (OTIF, transit time, cost per shipment, claims rate, clearance times).
*Prepare and maintain shipment reports for management and relevant departments.
*Support continuous improvement projects (process standardization, vendor performance, documentation accuracy).
*Liaise with Sales/Production/Warehousing to ensure readiness of shipments and inventory availability.

Qualifications & Experience

*Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, or related field.
*5–8+ years of experience in export logistics (manufacturing industry preferred).
*Strong knowledge of incoterms, export shipping processes, and logistics documentation.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic required).
