Stock Control Manager At Junior Tex

is looking for an experienced Stock Control Manager to join our team and manage inventory operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor stock levels and inventory movements.
• Ensure accurate receiving, transferring, storing, and dispatching of stock.
• Monitor stock transfers between branches and warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze stock variances and take corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Retail, Purchasing, and Operations teams.
• Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and damaged items.
• Ensure stock accuracy and minimize inventory losses.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in Stock Control / Inventory Management, preferably within the Retail or Fashion industry.
• Strong experience in inventory operations and stock reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience dealing with multiple branches is a plus.
