ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic Procurement Director to lead end-to-end procurement operations, optimize supply chain efficiency, drive cost savings, and build robust supplier networks within the agricultural sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging.
Lead high-level negotiations and manage key local and international vendor relationships.
Optimize procurement budgets, cash flow, and inventory alignment.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant field (Master’s/CSCP is a plus).
10+ years of procurement experience, with a proven track record in Pesticides & Fertilizers.
Strong leadership, strategic negotiation, and risk management capabilities.
