Finished Goods Stock & Shipping Coordinator At Haier “Sharkia”

📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange & optimize shipping plans (PTD) based on weekly orders.
Allocate vehicles for finished goods delivery.
Oversee stock scanning & preparation for shipment.
Ensure 100% perfect product delivery.
Apply FIFO principle to avoid overdue shipments.
Maintain ZERO discrepancies in daily/weekly/monthly inventory.
Coordinate with logistics for pick-up & follow up with customers on receipt.
Handle export customs clearance procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stock management, shipping, or warehousing.
Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
Proficient in WMS systems & MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong organizational skills & ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of customs & export procedures is a plus.
