Logistics Manager
An International Company is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and manage logistics operations, with extensive expertise across Import & Export, International Shipping, Transportation, Warehousing, Customs Clearance, and Supply Chain Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and timely delivery.
- Manage the full Import & Export cycle, including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery.
- Oversee Sea, Air & Land Freight operations.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory flow.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, costs, lead times, service levels, and operational performance.
- Lead and develop logistics teams and ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives across logistics operations.
Requirements: - 20–25 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.
- Extensive experience in Import & Export operations.
- Strong expertise in International Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Transportation & Warehousing.
- Proven managerial experience leading complex logistics operations and teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of international trade and logistics procedures.
- Excellent command of English.
