Logistics Specialist At Sahara for Fruit Processing

Sahara for Fruit Processing is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team in New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage local and export shipments, including vessels, containers, and trucks.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, brokers, and inspection companies.

-Plan and forecast daily, weekly, and monthly container/TEU requirements.
-Ensure timely shipment execution and maintain accurate shipment traceability.
-Prepare and manage export documentation, including Invoices, -Packing Lists, COO, CIV, Form 13, and B/L.
-Manage export subsidy files and coordinate with Finance for subsidy recovery.
-Handle service provider claims and support cost optimization initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics operations, reduce costs, and minimize shipment risks.

Qualifications & Skills:-

-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or export operations.
-Strong knowledge of export shipping and documentation procedures.
-Experience dealing with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
-Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Fluent English is required.
  Experience in FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing is a strong advantage.
