About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the procurement process by sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of required items for projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
⚫️Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
⚫️Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
⚫️Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals.
⚫️Coordinate with technical and project teams regarding procurement requirements.
⚫️Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials.
⚫️Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
⚫️Support supplier evaluation and performance tracking.
⚫️Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
⚫️Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
⚫️1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
⚫️Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
⚫️Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
⚫️Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
