Egyptian manufacturer specializing in snacks and confectionery products is looking for an experienced Export Manager to support its international business growth.

📍 Work Location
Head Office: New Cairo (5th Settlement)
Manufacturing Facility: Tanta, Egypt

🎯 Key Requirements
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role (Area Manager / Export Manager / International Markets Manager).
✔ Proven experience in exporting snacks and confectionery products.
✔ Strong knowledge of export operations, international shipping, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
✔ Demonstrated success in developing new export markets and managing distributors, agents, and key accounts.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Strong command of English (written and spoken).
✔ Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies.
Identify and develop new international markets.
Build and manage long-term relationships with importers and distributors.
Achieve export sales targets and business growth objectives.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
