📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan City – Sharkia.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for factory efficiency planning and staffing to meet the factory’s strategic planning and delivery needs
• Responsible for identifying and following up on factory projects such as 370 and manufacturing simplification
• Utilize Industrial Engineering (IE) methods such as standard time measurement to assist production lines in achieving hourly ramp-up and efficiency improvement
• Lead and participate in weekly improvement projects and small team improvement activities to improve production efficiency
• Monitor daily production data through data analysis systems (such as MES, DMS4.0), identify anomalies, and propose improvement solutions
• Responsible for the factory’s annual efficiency planning, identifying and implementing output improvement projects
• Responsible for the implementation of factory efficiency indicators and key projects to ensure the achievement of monthly efficiency targets

🎯 Key Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5+ years of industrial engineering experience, expert knowledge of plant production and operations
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related engineering field and experience required.
• Experienced in AutoCAD, BIM 360 (or similar), Plant simulation software (Siemens Plant Simulation or Any Logic to model production flows, or similar), Business software Excel/Word/PowerPoint/MS 360.
• Strategic thinking and vision to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Project management abilities to deliver complex initiatives on time and budget
• Collaboration and relationship-building across global cross-functional partners
• Broad knowledge of home appliances (Gas Cooker) production
• Analytics and modeling capabilities to simulate production systems
• Oversight of production ramp up, capacity planning, and labor requirements
• Communication skills to align local and global organizations.
