Planning & Purchasing specialist At Elrazy Pharma “0experience”
is needed, Fresh graduate 0-2 years of experience, Bachelor of Science or pharmacy.
Excellent English and Excel Skills.
Job responsibilities:
Manage an efficient inventory level of all materials stock and review all volume requirements for all production materials and ensure optimal inventory level at all times.
- Monitoring and controlling Daily Production activities in line with forecast provided and sales till date.
- Prepare initial production plan
- Prepare all needed product status, purchasing requisition and manufacturing orders.
- Search for the best and least expensive sources of supply, and the possibility of supply at the right time
- Collect all required materials, items and specifications from all departments
- Continuous provision of standard commodity materials which facilitates the performance of production operations
- Issuing purchase orders and following them up to ensure timely delivery
- Job location: Giza City.
- Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 8:00 – 4:00
