Purchasing & Logistics Officer (Import Specialist)

We’re looking for a motivated Import Purchasing & Logistics Officer to join our team and manage the complete import cycle, from supplier coordination to customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities :
* Manage import shipments from PO issuance until final customs clearance.
* Handle Nafeza, CargoX, and ACI procedures.
* Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely clearance.
* Prepare and review import documentation in compliance with Egyptian regulations.
* Follow up with international suppliers regarding orders, shipments, and required documents.
* Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience in Import & Logistics.
* Hands-on experience with Nafeza, CargoX, and the customs clearance process.
* Good communication skills and excellent English.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in the Flexible Packaging industry is an advantage.
* Preference for candidates living in 6th of October City or nearby areas.
