🛑Export Sales🛑 to support our international sales operations and contribute to the success of our growing business

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Follow up on packing designs for confirmed orders.

✅ Coordinate inspection reports prior to shipment loading.

✅ Follow up on loading and shipping documentation.

✅ Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

✅ Assist during business trips and international sales activities.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

✔ Previous experience in Sales, Export Sales, or Sales Coordination is a plus.

✔ Fluent English is a MUST.

✔ Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred.

✔ Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).

✔ Experience with SAP/ERP systems is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.

✔ Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
