We’re Hiring: Purchasing Manager – IT Industry Experience Required
Quality Egypt is looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager with proven hands-on experience in purchasing IT products and technology solutions.
We are specifically looking for someone who has worked with products similar to our portfolio, such as computers, laptops, printers, accessories, networking products, software, and other IT hardware — not someone with only general knowledge of the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Source and purchase IT products and technology solutions from local and international suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the availability of required products.
• Monitor market prices, product availability, and industry trends.
• Negotiate the best prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in purchasing IT products is required.
• Experience in the IT distribution, technology, computer hardware, or electronics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT products and the ability to understand product specifications and compare different brands and models.
• Proven experience dealing with IT suppliers and vendors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

🕘 Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
