We are currently hiring for the following role:
🔹 Operations Specialist (OP01)
🎯 Requirements / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Facilities Management, or Property Management.
Experience supervising third-party service providers.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, security, housekeeping, and technical services.
Experience monitoring attendance, service levels, and corrective maintenance activities.
Ability to prepare operational reports and analyze performance indicators.
Experience handling tenant complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
Experience obtaining supplier quotations and supporting the quotation review and evaluation process.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
