Are you ready to elevate your career in the luxury sector? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Procurement Specialist to join our expanding team in 6th of October City. In this role, you will streamline our supply chain operations and ensure the seamless execution of high-end global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Management: Coordinate efficiently with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth, accurate operations.
Customs & Clearance: Manage complex clearance procedures across the MENA region, with a strong focus on Egyptian regulations.
Freight & Compliance: Oversee Sea and air freight clearance, including navigating the ACI portal and managing ACID number creation.
Sourcing & Negotiation: Actively source and negotiate the most competitive sea and air freight quotes.
Project Support: Assist with warehousing and on-site installation processes for FF&E and OS&E projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in logistics and procurement.
Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with clearance procedures in Egypt and the wider MENA region.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Location: Residing in or near 6th of October City is preferred.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
This position is based in Egypt.
