A leading and well-established restaurant chain, is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join its team.
⚠️ Previous experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry is a MUST.
Job Description
* Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while ensuring uninterrupted operations.
* Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to achieve the best value and quality.
* Oversee purchasing activities, inventory planning, and coordination with operations.
* Monitor procurement performance, ensure timely purchasing, and maintain compliance with company standards.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the restaurant or food & beverage industry (Mandatory).
* Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization skills.
* Solid knowledge of food, beverage, packaging, and restaurant procurement.
* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
