We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Overseas & Network Executive to join our growing team in Alexandria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and strengthening overseas partnerships, generating new business opportunities through global freight networks, securing overseas nominations, and supporting the company’s international business growth.

Key Responsibilities
🌍 Overseas Network Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and partners.
Identify, evaluate, and appoint new agents worldwide.
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with overseas agents.
Monitor and evaluate agent performance to ensure service excellence.
Maintain and update the company’s global agent database.
📈 Business Development
Generate new import and export business opportunities through overseas partners.
Promote the company’s logistics and freight forwarding services to international agents and networks.
Develop new trade lanes and expand into emerging markets.
Secure overseas nominations and increase inbound shipment volumes.
Support customer growth and retention initiatives.
🤝 JCtrans & Freight Network Management
Manage and enhance the company’s profile on JCtrans and other freight networks.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing network members.
Attend online and in-person networking events and meetings.
Follow up on RFQs, leads, and business opportunities generated through the network.
Promote the company’s services and establish strategic partnerships.
📋 RFQ & Opportunity Management
Receive and manage inquiries from overseas agents and partners.
Coordinate with the Pricing Team to prepare competitive quotations.
Follow up on quotations through to booking confirmation.
Monitor and analyze RFQ win/loss ratios.
Maintain accurate records of quotations and business opportunities.
💼 Agent Relationship Management
Handle agent inquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
Resolve disputes and escalate operational challenges when required.
Build long-term partnerships with overseas agents.
Ensure prompt, effective, and professional communication with all network partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or overseas network development.
Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and logistics operations.
Experience with freight networks, especially JCtrans, is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and freight forwarding systems is an advantage.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
