Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Spare Parts & Inventory Control Engineer to manage our after-sales supply chain. At MASRIA Group, minimizing client downtime requires having the right part at the right time. You will be responsible for tracking spare parts inventory, determining stock levels, and coordinating directly with our local factories and international suppliers to acquire components efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

•             Inventory Tracking: Maintain and optimize inventory levels for all commercial kitchen and laundry spare parts, minimizing shortages.

•             Factory Coordination: Source custom or locally manufactured spare parts directly from MASRIA Group’s own factories, coordinating with production managers on timelines.

•             Supplier Liaison: Communicate with international equipment manufacturers and suppliers to request quotes, order parts, and track shipping timelines.

•             Technical Cataloging: Review engineering drawings and parts manuals to precisely identify exact part numbers needed by the maintenance team.

•             Cost & Quality Control: Track spare parts costs and verify that incoming parts match strict technical and quality specifications.

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

•             Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial/Production Engineering.

•             Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or spare parts management within an engineering or industrial environment.

•             Language: Fluent/Excellent English is highly essential, as this role requires daily written and verbal communication with overseas suppliers.

•             Skills: Exceptional data organization (MS Excel proficiency is a must), negotiation skills, and strong attention to detail..
