Key Responsibilities:
· Review project scope, contractual documents, and execution requirements.
· Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
· Follow up on equipment availability, procurement requirements, manufacturing status, and delivery schedules.
· Coordinate logistics, transportation, and site preparation activities to ensure project readiness.
· Monitor resource allocation and support project teams in securing required manpower, materials, and equipment.
· Track project progress and provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
· Monitor project costs against approved budgets and report any variances to the Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in project coordination roles.
· Previous experience in engineering, or project-based environments is preferred.
· Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
· Good understanding of project execution, procurement, logistics, and documentation control.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
