Senior Planning and Inventory Specialist
Location: Cairo, Egypt
#EGMED, a leading company in the Medical Devices industry, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Planning and Inventory Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute demand and inventory plans to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
– Monitor inventory performance and implement actions to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
– Manage forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization across multiple suppliers and product categories.
– Lead annual and cycle stock counts and ensure high inventory accuracy.
– Prepare and monitor inventory KPIs, including Inventory Accuracy, Service Level, and Inventory Turnover.
– Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Warehouse teams to support business objectives.
– Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and working capital.
– Generate periodic reports and support management with data-driven insights and decision-making.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning and Inventory Management, preferably in the Medical Devices industry.
– Strong knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain management principles.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is highly preferred.
– CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) certification is highly preferred.
– Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
