🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Logistics Officer
📍 Location: Dokki, Giza
EL Samman Group is looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Track Purchase Orders (POs) from issuance until final delivery.
Coordinate with Procurement, Suppliers, Project Sites, Warehouses, and Finance to ensure smooth material flow.
Prepare and maintain Shipping Schedules and Material Delivery Schedules.
Follow up on local and international shipments, freight forwarders, and customs clearance activities.
Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time according to project schedules.
Review and reconcile Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and Supplier Invoices to verify quantities and specifications.
Resolve supply chain and shipping issues before they impact project execution.
Monitor material transfers between warehouses and project sites.
Prepare periodic logistics and supply status reports.
Manage logistics activities for multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deliveries based on project requirements.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics within Construction or MEP companies (shipping companies only will not be considered).
✔ Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
✔ Strong experience in international shipping and customs clearance.
✔ Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding and supply chain coordination.
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to prepare logistics reports.
✔ Good command of English.
✔ Available to join within one month.
