We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Procurement Engineer to join our team and support procurement activities for our ongoing finishing & fit-out projects.

🔍 Requirements:

▪ 5–8 years of experience in procurement within construction / contracting companies
▪ Strong experience in finishing & fit-out projects is a MUST
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
▪ Strong knowledge of finishing materials, suppliers, and subcontractors
▪ Experience in preparing RFQs, technical evaluations, and comparison sheets
▪ Good understanding of drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material submittals
▪ Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD

⚙️ Main Responsibilities:

▪ Manage procurement activities for architectural finishing and fit-out packages
▪ Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
▪ Prepare and review comparison sheets and procurement recommendations
▪ Coordinate with technical office and project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
▪ Follow up material submittals, approvals, and delivery schedules
▪ Monitor market trends and maintain an updated supplier database
▪ Ensure timely procurement while achieving the best value, quality, and project requirements
