Procurement Engineers (Civil / Architecture / Electrical / Mechanical)
Commercial Engineers (Civil / Architecture )

Location: Mohandseen, Giza

Procurement Engineer
Job Description:
* Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors
* Compare quotations technically and commercially
* Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions
* Follow up on purchase orders and material delivery schedules
* Coordinate with site and technical departments regarding project requirements
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
* Ensure procurement process complies with project budget and timeline

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture / Electrical / Mechanical)
* 2–7 years of experience in procurement within construction or interior finishing projects
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Good knowledge of construction materials and local market suppliers
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* ERP system experience is preferred

Commercial Engineer
Job Description:
* Prepare BOQs, quantity surveying, and cost estimation
* Review contracts, variations, and subcontractor agreements
* Monitor project costs and prepare commercial reports
* Coordinate with technical and procurement teams regarding project budgets
* Handle claims, invoices, and payment certificates
* Assist in tendering and pricing activities

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture )
* 2–7 years of experience in commercial, contracts, QS.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Good understanding of contracts and construction documentation
* Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office
* Experience in construction and fit-out projects is preferred
