We are seeking an experienced Deputy Supply Chain Manager to support and oversee the full supply chain cycle for EPC projects, including procurement, vendor management, expediting, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and inventory control. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment while coordinating closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement planning to material delivery and warehouse management.
- Oversee sourcing, supplier performance, procurement execution, and expediting activities.
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, transportation, and customs clearance processes.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.
- Support project teams by ensuring material availability in line with project schedules.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, identify risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and support procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to achieve operational and project objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a must.
- 9–13 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within EPC, Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Industrial projects.
- Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
