Operations Supervisor
Join our team as an Operations Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our training programs and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee daily operations and training schedules
✔️ Coordinate with clients, trainers, and internal teams
✔️ Manage logistics and operational resources
✔️ Lead and support the operations team
✔️ Drive process improvement initiatives
✔️ Ensure high-quality program delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
🔹 5–7 years of experience in Operations or a Supervisory role
🔹 Experience in the training/L&D field is highly preferred
🔹 Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
🔹 Excellent problem-solving abilities
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
