✅ Responsibilities & Duties:
– Supervise and manage daily production lines to meet production targets, efficiency goals, and delivery schedules.
– Ensure all production processes strictly comply with GMP standards and the company’s ISO 13485 quality management system.
– Monitor manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and minimize downtime.
– Collaborate with the QA team to resolve any non-conformances and implement corrective actions on the shop floor.
– Analyze workflow, space requirements and reduce waste.
– Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines for all production technicians and workers.

🧠 Qualifications & Experience Required:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or Materials Engineering preferred).
– 2 to 4 years of experience as a Production Engineer, specifically within medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
– Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and lean manufacturing principles.
– Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage production teams effectively.
