Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
* Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in real estate or construction companies.
* Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
* Experience in sourcing construction materials and managing subcontractors.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
