Logistics Manager At Paste & Juice

Paste & Juice is seeking a #Logistics_Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Sadat City and the Cairo Office, with transportation available to and from Sadat City.
Job description:
• Ability to arrange all kinds of Export / Import shipping docs.
• Recommending the best freight forwarder based on historical performance, negotiating prices and conditions to optimize benefits and reduce costs.
• Filling the docs for Export / Import shipping docs.
• Responsible for updating the status of all shipments and following up on its delivery
• Following up with the loading process at the factory and contacting the clearance person.
• Following up & tracing the shipment until the destination.
• Coordinating with the Clearing Agents and preparing supporting documents required for customs clearance.
• Following up with the Freight Forwarders, courier and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for Export / Import shipments
• Auditing the Clearance, courier & Freight invoices to be signed from Logistics Manger and sent to the financial dep.
• Making regular updates to Export / Import shipments
Job Requirements
·        Experience in shipping doc.
·        Experience in shipping lines
·        Has the awareness of the customs clearance process to follow up with our customs clearance team.
·  Can manage\make booking, and submit(SI,SD,VGM…etc.) on time
·        Experience in shipping arrangements.
·        Capable of dealing with clients and communicating the shipping details/updates, and following the payments.
·         English, Very Good
·        strong communications , Negotiation & following up skills
·         Experience 7-10 years
