Material Planner Engineer For FMCG

🚨 Hiring: Material Planner Engineer 🚨
📍 Location: 6th of October City, Egypt
🏢 Industry: Multinational FMCG / Home & Personal Care Manufacturing
We are looking for a Material Planner Engineer to join a leading multinational manufacturer in the FMCG sector.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
3–5 years of experience in Material Planning / Supply Planning (FMCG or Chemicals)
Strong hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)
Solid knowledge of MRP, production planning, and inventory management
Experience handling Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods planning
Strong understanding of Safety Stock, MOQ, Lead Time, and inventory optimization
Experience in demand & supply planning coordination with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze forecast accuracy and close supply gaps
Strong skills in capacity planning and production leveling
Experience in identifying and reducing inventory obsolescence / write-offs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Residents of 6th of October or Giza are preferred
🔹 Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and logistics
Manage inventory levels (RM / PM / FG) and optimize supply chain balance
Conduct regular supply-demand reviews with stakeholders
Run MRP / planning meetings and ensure material & capacity availability
Monitor material flow internally and externally (suppliers & customers)
Analyze supply issues and implement corrective actions
Control inventory cost and reduce obsolescence
Improve service level and ensure “Right First Time” execution
